Hybrid ACC (Advanced Combustion Control)

The hybrid ACC system is an advanced combustion control system, combining modeling of waste incineration and fuzzy control which makes deductions similar to human thought in the case of sporadic and temporary combustion fluctuations which are difficult to model. The system has achieved the complete burning of unburned gas, such as CO, even in a low air ratio operation, and stabilized evaporation amount.

Operating conditions of the hybrid ACC system

Compared with conventional systems, the hybrid ACC system achieves less CO peaks and can reduce fluctuations in the amount of evaporation.
