We provide remote monitoring and operational support service to ensure that customers can safely carry out operation and maintenance after taking over the plant.
Global Remote Center
Our Yokohama Head Office operates the Global Remote Center (GRC) to remotely monitor waste to energy plants and water and wastewater treatment plants to support their operation 24 hours a day. GRC uses AI and big data to achieve a reduction of lifecycle cost and safe and secure operations.
For overseas customers, we also conduct remote monitoring from our subsidiary “JFE Techno Manila Inc.” (Manila, Philippines) together with GRC. Also, we have established a support hub for smooth communication with our customers to ensure safe and secure operations. In the future, we will also expand the remote monitoring and operational support for water and wastewater treatment plants in South-east Asian countries.
