JFE Engineering India Private Limited
JFE Engineering India Private Limited, a subsidiary of JFE Engineering Corporation (President and CEO: Hajime Oshita, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), recently completed the construction of a lubricating oil and hot melt*1Â adhesive production plant in Gujarat State, India.
The completed plant will be owned and operated by MORESCO HM&LUB INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, which was established in India by the MORESCO Corporation, a global manufacturer of lubricating oils and other chemical products. The plant will produce special lubricating oils used in the manufacture of automotive parts, and hot melt adhesive for assembling paper diapers.
To date, the JFE Engineering Group has carried out EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for a number of plants producing lubricating oils, chemical feedstocks and similar products not only in Japan, but also in various countries in Southeast Asia, and was highly evaluated for this track record when receiving the order in India.
Since JFE Engineering India was established in 2011, it has actively strengthened its engineering function, including opening an Engineering Center in 2014.
The company will contribute to improve infrastructures in India by enhancing its EPC function through the construction of this plant.
