“Just For the Earth” embodies the fundamental purpose which drives our business. It represents our broad commitment to environmental protection, social development, improvements in people's lives, and laying of foundations for future generations. All three key actions should be directed toward fulfilling this purpose.

Moreover, the phrase “Just For the Earth” incorporates the initials JFE, indicating that our corporate DNA is expressed through the Company Purpose.

Create" represents our commitment to building a sustainable society where people can live safely and with peace of mind —forming the foundation for both “Care” and “Connect.” Since our founding, our growth has been fueled by this spirit of creation and enable us to deliver optimized solutions in multiple fields to meet society's evolving needs.

Our business focus has significantly shifted from engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects focused solely on construction, to operational services that support people's daily lives over the long term. We currently provide comprehensive, long-term management services for waste incineration facilities at 30 locations across Japan, with further expansion planned. We are also making steady advances in operational automation through digital transformation (DX) initiatives.

“Connect” is a concept built upon the foundations formed by “Create” and “Care.” It forms connections to the future for our corporate activities and their results, preserves and improves the foundations of people's daily lives, and helps to realize a more sustainable company and society. “Connect” also represents the formation of various connections between data, people, society and so forth. It embodies our commitment to addressing societal challenges through sustainable approaches and leading the way toward a better future for all.

JFE-METS is an innovative service that interconnects multiple company locations to enable sharing of energy resources. As an alternative to managing energy at individual sites, this system provides integrated management across multiple locations—whether by company or by area—to achieve optimal energy efficiency.

The service features remote monitoring and optimized operations through global remote centers. We strategically install and operate optimized energy equipment at each location and implement energy sharing between geographically distant facilities. This approach facilitates Company-wide cost reductions, enables outsourced energy management with no initial capital investment, and contributes to ESG-focused management through the integration of renewable energy sources.
