Since fiscal year 2022, we have been hosting an annual company-wide event called "DX Day!!" aimed at fostering the necessary mindset and enhancing digital knowledge to advance DX.
This two-day event includes sharing DX implementation cases from various departments, experiential exhibitions of external technologies/services, lectures by external DX experts, and seminars on how to effectively utilize emerging technologies such as generative AI in business operations.
To accommodate employees outside the Tokyo-Tsurumi area and group company employees, the event is held in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.
We also conduct traveling sessions at locations such as the Tsu Factory.
