JFEエンジニアリング株式会社（社長：大下 元、本社：東京都千代田区）はこのたび、令和4年度我が国循環産業の戦略的国際展開による海外でのCO₂削減支援事業「チョットグラム市における統合型廃棄物処理事業」および「ハイフォン市における一廃産廃混焼発電事業」の２件の実現可能性調査を完了いたしました。

本事業は環境省の補助事業として、アジア諸国等海外において実施される廃棄物発電等のエネルギー起源CO₂削減に資する廃棄物処理・リサイクル関係事業の実現可能性調査を対象に、公益財団法人廃棄物・３R研究財団により補助金執行が行われています。

本調査事業の成果はチョットグラム市、ハイフォン市ほか現地関係者にも歓迎されており、引き続きプロジェクト実現による廃棄物処理改善とCO₂削減へ向けた活動を展開してまいります。

We, JFE Engineering has completed feasibility study of "Integrated Waste Treatment in Chattogram City" and "Hai Phong City Municipal and Industrial Solid Waste Treatment and Power Generation Project".

On behalf of Japan's Ministry of the Environment, the JWRF evaluates and selects proposals of feasibility studies of waste management projects that reduce CO2 emissions in countries concerned by private business and provides financial assistance for the studies selected.

The achievement of these studies has been welcomed and evaluated by Chattogram City, Hai Phong City, and others, so we will continue to develop activities to improve waste treatment and reduce CO2 emissions through the realization of projects.
