Diversity Promotion System
As part of our CSR promotional activities, our management team established the Diversity Committee in order to formulate and review company-wide diversity promotion policies and develop and implement plans for diversity advocacy in each division. The leaders of each division coordinate with the Diversity Promotion Leader in supporting diversity and inclusion within their divisions.

At the same time, we brought together employees from a diverse range of backgrounds as the result of operating bases in Japan and overseas along with proactively undertaking career recruitment on a continuous basis. With the aim of evolving our organizational strengths, we are advocating the value of diversity by respecting the individuality of each employee while merging organizations.
