There are 85 Cycle Tree bicycle parking systems (total capacity: 17,323 bicycles) in operation in 14 locations in Japan*. This figure is higher than any other mechanical parking system. Cycle Tree is a fully automated mechanical bicycle parking system that can quickly accommodate a large number of bicycles in a limited space. According to the location of installation, users can select the proper bicycle parking system from among a variety of types: cylindrical or flat, underground or aboveground. Our bicycle parking system is useful; just push a button when storing your bicycle, and apply a magnetic card when taking it out. There are a variety of sensors and devices to ensure safety.

How to store and take out bicycles

Japan’s first system combining a mechanical parking system and IC tags makes operation easy, convenient, and fast, and users can store and take out their bicycles smoothly even during busy hours in the morning and evening. With its visual and voice guidance, operating the system is even easy for first-time users.
By holding the front wheel axle of the bicycle, the system does not damage the user’s bicycle when it is stored or taken out.

  • IC tag

Storing a bicycle

  1. Place the bicycle at the entry opening, and press the entry button. The IC tag reader will instantly read the IC tag attached to the bicycle, and the bicycle will be stored.
  2. The storage checking time is only 5 seconds.
  • 1.Place the bicycle.

  • 2.Press the entry button.

  • 3.The gate opens, and the bicycle is stored.

Taking out bicycle

  1. Apply the magnetic card to the operation panel. The bicycle will be automatically taken out.
    If an attempt is made to take out a bicycle that is stored in a different storage station, information about the correct station will be displayed.
