JFE Hyper Grate Stoker Plant

Proven technology for stable combustion!

environmental industries engineering division
With more than 40 years experience on waste thermal treatment plant, JFE has developed Hyper Grate Stoker Furnace with its original and unique design. The new design ensures stable and uniform combustion with a wide range of waste.

Advantage
Advantage

JFE Hyper Grate Stoker Furnace

Main Feature

1. Grate System Design

Hyper Grate consists of movable and fixed grates, each of which slopes 20 degree upward in the direction of waste flow. The system controls movement of the waste from drying zone, combustion zone, till after-combustion zone through the furnace by adjustment of stroke and speed of the movable grates. Further it realizes effective mixing of waste with combustion air injected from port in front of grate at high velocity and enhances uniform combustion.

2. Two Way Flue Gas Combustion System

With a water-cooled intermediate ceiling in the furnace, the combustion gas is directed in two directions, low calorie and high calorie gas respectively, to collide each other. It promotes gas mixture, resulting in perfect combustion with low excess air. JFE Automatic Combustion Control further contributes reduction of NOx, dioxin formation and easy operation.s

In accordance with client requirement, JFE propose a Total Plant System by optimized design including furnace, flue gas treatment system, ash treatment system, etc.
