Based on blast furnace technology for iron making process, JFE has developed High Temperature Gasifying and Direct Melting Plant. With aid by coke and limestone as sub-material, any types of waste not only municipal solid waste and RDF(Refuse Derived Fuel) but also scheduled waste such as medical waste and asbestos are treated to convert to energy and valuable material.
