| JFE Engineering痴 Industrial Machinery Engineering Division provides a wide range of machinery systems and engineering services that take advantage of design and manufacturing technology developed by the JFE Group for its steelmaking and shipbuilding activities. One of major works, Tsurumi Engineering and Manufacturing Center in Yokohama designs and manufactures a wide variety of heavy machinery, including prime movers, conveyance/handling and construction machinery, and environmental plant equipment. |

The Industrial Machinery Engineering Division applies its creative spirit to the development of manufacturing technology that produces highly-reliable solutions for a broad spectrum of customers. These solutions cover logistics systems for heavy cargo, multistory parking systems for cars and bicycle, computerized auction systems, etc.
The division has a track record of developing new technologies and products that satisfy the evolving and diversifying needs of customers. These include port cranes with seismic isolators and rack-style parking towers; energy-saving, environmentally friendly combustion systems; highly efficient gas engines; ballast water treatment and decontamination technology for ships; and traceability assurance systems for food chains.
